My Indiana teaching license required me to be certified in CPR. A Michigan Provisional Certificate requires me to also be certified in first aid. Today I discovered that the American Red Cross certification is good for not one year like CPR/AED but rather three years. Since I had to retake the class during my stint as a YMCA counselor two years ago, that certification is still current. That means... I don't need to take the class 9-2 this Saturday! Hooray for wonderful surprises like that.
Now if only that license and those transcripts would arrive... :D
